Polyurethane injection
Polyurethane coating adds, for example, mechanical heat resistance, works as a corrosion protection against chemicals, and can be used for waterproofing.
The polyurethane that we use has very good adhesion to: steel, concrete, aluminium, cement, wood, bitumen, asphalt, lead and various insulation materials. Excellent mechanical properties against wear, shocks, dents and attrition.
- Excellent resistance to temperature fluctuations (-50c – +120c).
- Non-combustible and can be painted.
Applications
Mining industry transport pipelines/slurry pipes and fittings, conveyor equipment, paper industry, in sewage systems and treatment plants, tank coatings, ship building industry and construction industry as seaming and sealing material.
As corrosion protection against chemicals: for sea water, acetic acid, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, demineralised water, crude oil, fuel oil, gasoline, etc.
Pipelines
We offer our clients a comprehensive piping polyurethane coating service. We make the product for the client from start to finish and, if necessary, as an installation, namely, pipes are welded to measurements, steel grit blown, the pipe’s inside surface is coated with polyurethane and the outer surface painted.
